摘要
碱-酸处理可以脱除煤中矿物质,虽然在较低温度(180°C)下采用NaOH-HCl水溶液处理不会破坏煤的主体结构,但红外光谱中羟基吸收峰的增加表明部分弱的醚键发生了水解。碱-酸处理前后煤的溶剂抽提率基本不变,但溶胀率增加以及热失重减小等现象表明煤中主价键未发生断裂但煤分子间作用力却发生了变化。
Treatment of coal with aqueous alkali/acid can remove minerals from coal.Although significant bond cleave is impossible for aqueous NaOH/HCl treatment of bituminous coal at temperature lower than 180°C,the increase of hydroxyl adsorption in infrared spectra demonstrates that hydrolysis of some weak ether bond may occur.The insignificant change of extraction yield,the decrease of thermal weight loss and the increase of swelling ratio suggest that the main structure of coal is not destroied,but the coal molecular interactions are changed by the treatment.The increase of swelling ratio in nonpdar sdvent is caused by diminating ionic force,while the increase of swelling ratio in pdar sdvent is attrisuted to enhancing the hydrogen bonding interaction between coal and solvent.
