摘要
介绍了煤调湿工艺烘干系统的设备流程以及在焦炉生产中应用情况,并对实际生产中出现的问题进行了分析研究,提出了具体的实践改造方案,实践证明了改造不但延长了设备的使用寿命,保证了焦炉的连续生产;而且节约了设备维修费用,经济效益比较明显。
This paper introduces the equipment and technology of drying system of coal wetting process and its application in coke oven. Some problems created in practical process are studied and some improvement is also put forword. By means of improvement, the useful life of the facilities and work efficiency were improved and the production cost was reduced. The practices shows that the improvement is successful.
