摘要
利用MSC.SUPERFORM软件对球形砧镦粗圆柱体进行了数值模拟.介绍了变形过程中,在不同球形砧半径时坯料内部的径向应力分布情况以及不同压下率时坯料内部的变形过程及应力、应变分布情况;并对比分析了球形砧镦粗和普通平砧镦粗时的应变情况.分析结果表明该新工艺有助于改善坯料内部的应力、应变状态,锻合内部缺陷如空洞等.
The process of upsetting a cylinder with spherical anvil is numerically simulated using MSC. SUPERFORM software. It introduces the deformation and distribution of radial stress at different radius of spherical anvil and distributions of stress and strain at different height reduction ratio in the billet during deforming process. The strain states of upsetting a cylinder with spherical anvil and fiat anvil are compared and analyzed. The results indicate that the new technique can improve the internal stress and strain states in the billet and thus close the internal defects like cavities.
