摘要
本文介绍了以2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酸和氯化亚砜为原料制备2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰氯。通过实验考察了不同催化剂、催化剂配比、反应时间及反应温度等因素对反应的影响,并确定了最佳的工艺条件为:催化剂为二甲基甲酰胺,催化剂配比(重量比)为1%,反应时间为3.5h,反应温度为66-72℃。最佳工艺条件下产品收率为89.8%。
This paper presented synthetic methods of 2,4,6 -trimethylbenzoyl chloride with 2,4,6- trime- thylbenzoic acid and sulfurous oxychloride as feed. With experiments, the effects of ratio of reactants, reaction time,temperature etc are investigated, and obtained as follows, the catalyst is dimethylformamide, its content is 1% ,the reaction time is 3.5h, reaction temperature is between 66 to 72℃. Under these conditions, the yield of product reaches 89.8%.
