摘要
随着全球产业价值链的迅速发展,位于价值链高端的跨国公司常常利用其技术标准及标准化所形成的"买方垄断力"或者"卖方垄断力",来控制和调整产业链当中的价值分配。在现有的文献当中,技术标准对特定行业的影响作用是大批学者关注的焦点。本文将系统分析在不同动力模式下的产业价值链中,产业标准对产业链中价值分配的作用原理,并结合具体案例进行实证探讨。最后,依据国内标准化进程的现实情况提出政策建议。
With the development of the global industry value chain, multinational companies which are at the high -end of tho value chain often use ＂buyer＇s monopoly power＂ or ＂seller＇s monopoly power＂ formatted by their technical standards and standardization to control and adjust the value chain industry distribution. In the existing literatures, theinfluenee of technical standards for special industries is the focus of a lot of scholars. This paper analyzes the principles of standard in value distribution in different dynamic- mode industry value chains, and makes empirical studies with specific eases. Finally, it gives some suggestions according to the present Situation of standardization in China.
