摘要
航海类职业院校的准军事化管理有其必要性，但它毕竟是一种“刚性”管理模式，有其自身的缺陷，如果能恰当地配之以“人性化”教育，必能“刚柔相济，相得益彰”，取得良好的教育、教学管理效果。
Although it is necessary to carry out paramilitary management in maritime vocational colleges, it is a ＂rigid＂ mode of management with some limitations of its own. Paramilitary management appropriately accompanied by ＂humanized＂ education will be of great help to achieve better performance both in education and management.
