摘要
建立了浊度法测定妥布霉素的效价。选用金黄色葡萄球菌[CMCC(B)26003]为试验菌,妥布霉素在0.3～1.1μg/ml范围内,吸光度与其浓度的对数线性关系良好。平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为3.1%。
A turbidimetric method was established for the determination of tobramycin. Staphylococcus aureus [CMCC （B） 260031 was used as the test bacteria. The logarithm of drug concentration and its absorbance had a good linearity in the concentration range of 0.3 - 1. μg/ml. The average recovery was 100.3% with RSD of 3.1%.
