摘要
从企业素质、企业经营管理、服务质量三个方面构造物流企业诚信评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法对其进行分析,得出各个因素的权重,从而建立二级模糊综合评价模型,有利于对物流企业的诚信做出合理的评价,降低物流外包企业的风险。
By establishing evaluation index system on credit of logistic corporation from three aspects, such as quality of enterprise, corporation running and management and service quality, analyzing with AHP and getting the weighted coefficient of every element, a second-degree-model of fuzzy comprehensive judgement was established. It is good for the rational evaluation and the reduction of epibole risk for logistics enterprise.
