It is a success for Binhai highway construction, not only quicken exploration and development of Tangshan port, oceanfront and beaches, but also formulate economic growing region. Only serious plan, careful think, flexible design and create by highway designer, can we have good effects of safe highway, beautiful environment, resources saving, good quality and system.
