In order to ensure speed-up freight transport safety, the Department of Freight Transport of Kunming Railway Administration strictly controls loading quality. By means of regulation rectification, system establishment, deepening the special regulation of freight loading reinforcement and dangerous goods transportation safety, strengthening personnel training, bringing into play safety testing and measurement equipment, quickening informationization establishment and improving freight safety management skill, the constant and stable safety of speed-up freight transport is ensured.
