摘要 锅炉在正常运行情况下,炉膛和后烟道都要承受一定的压力。在"爆炸"的非正常情况下,锅炉受到更高的冲击压力。为防止燃烧震荡及烟气压力脉动引起的炉谱低频振动,还要建立锅炉整体膨胀中心,故需建立完整的刚性梁体系。本文介绍超临界锅炉刚性梁结构特点。 During normal operating conditions, there is certain pressure in furnace and rear pass. During transient operating conditions" explosion", more impact force is taken into boiler. To prevent burning concussion and spectrum low-frequency vibration created by gas pressure impulsive motion, the center of boiler expansion should be set, and rounded buck stays system should be set. This article introduces the functions and the structural characters of buck stays in spiral tube area of super-critical boiler.
