摘要
教师行动研究是一种系统的反思的探究活动。它具有参与性、合作性、系统性和实验性等特征。依据一定的方法和步骤,教师行动研究有助于培养教师的创新实践能力,从而为我国外语教师专业发展提供了切实有效的方法。
Action research of teachers is a kind of systematic, reflective and probing activity, which contains participatory, collaborative, systematic and experimental characteristics. Based on the certain method and step, the action research, as an efficient technique to promote teachers' professional development, can be used to foster the practical and creative abilities of China's EFL teachers.
