摘要
基于并联运动机床的设计理论和发展现状,研究开发一种自动抛光的方法,即采用并联运动机床实现叶片的抛光.在UG环境下完成叶片造型和并联运动机床的建模和抛光仿真,为今后实现叶片抛光自动化奠定基础.
Based on the design theory and development of parallel kinematics machine, an automated polishing method has been proposed to polish the turbine blade in parallel machine tool. The solid modeling of the turbine blade, the modeling and polishing simulation of the parallel machine Tool are carried out on the UG Environment. This conception provides the foundation for achieving the automated polishing of the blade.
