摘要
以白三叶为材料,研究了Ca2+螯合剂、通道阻断剂以及通道抑制剂对γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)促进种子萌发的影响。结果表明,0.1-10μmol/L的GABA均能不同程度提高种子发芽率,其中0.1μmol/L的GABA效果最佳。胞外游离Ca2+螯合剂EGTA、质膜Ca2+通道阻断剂LaCl3和液泡Ca2+释放抑制剂钌红与0.1μmol/L GABA共处理后,均可减弱GABA促进白三叶种子萌发的效率。说明在GABA促进白三叶种子萌发过程中可能有Ca2+的参与。
The effects of Ca^2+ on seed germination promoted by γ - aminobutyric acid ( GABA ) in Trifolium repens were investigated. GABA with 0.1 - 10 μmoL/L could promote the germination percentage of seeds, and the effect of GABA with 0.1 μmol/L was best. Each of the following compounds, combined with 0.1 μmol/L GABA, could reduce the germination percentage of seeds : an extracelluar dissociation Ca^2+ chelant ( EGTA) , a blocker of plasma memberance Ca^2+ channels ( LaCl3 ), or an inhibitor of internal Ca^2 + ( ruthenium red, RR). It suggested that Ca^2+ could involve in seed germination of Trifolium repens promoted by GABA.
