摘要
目的:总结老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期护理体会。方法:对128例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的老年患者进行了围手术期护理干预,包括术前认真收集资料、做好心理护理及术前宣教,术后认真细致观察病情及生命体征、保持呼吸道通畅、做好引流管的护理及饮食活动的指导等。结果:除5例患者出现了轻微并发症,经干预后痊愈出院,其余患者均顺利渡过手术关。结论:做好老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术的围手术期护理对确保患者安全度过手术期是非常重要的。
Objective： To study perioperative care of 128 cases elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Method： Perioperative care used for 128 elder patients undergoing laparoscopic cholccysobserve the changes of every systems of body carefully, and pay more attention to drainage tube care , airway.care and diet instruction after the operation. Result： 5 out of 128 patients were observed with mild reactionse and they recovered after some nursing care with other treatment. Other patients recovered without severe complications. Conclusion： Perioperative care is very important to the elder patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
