摘要
目的：通过对22例急性苯胺中毒的诊治分析，以提高对苯胺中毒的临床特点及治疗方法的认识。方法：回顾分析22例急性苯胺中毒患者的临床资料。结果：22例经积极治疗均痊愈出院，住院时间5—18d，平均住院7d。结论：苯胺毒性大，起病急骤，抢救的关键是及时有效地清除毒物和预防并发症的发生，可尽早注射美蓝是治疗苯胺中毒的特效疗法。
Objective： To study the treatment and features of acute anilin poisoning. Method： We reviewed the clinical datas of 22 cases acute anilin poisoning. Result： All the cases were cured after the effective treatment. The hospitalization time was 5 - 18 days. The average hositlaization period was 7 days. Conclusion： The key point to treat acute anilin poisoning is to clean the poisons quickly and prevent the complications inject methylene blue early.
