摘要
采用三种不同的单元法(经典板梁单元法、简化的三维层单元法、层合板等效单元法)建立大板方舱车舱体的有限元模型,并对其进行模态分析,结果表明,采用简化的三维层单元法得到的结果精度最高,但花费机时最长;采用层合板等效单元法虽然精度较前者较差,但计算时间快。通过对三者的比较,为汽车设计工程师提供了分析方法的选择。
By the use of three kinds of element methods ( Ordinary plate-beam element method, Simplified three dimension layer element method, Equivalent method of laminated plate) , we build finite element modal of laminated plate van and analyze it's modal. The result is that the precision is the highest by the use of the simplified three-dimension layer element method but it takes the longest time. By the comparison of three methods, methods choosed for vehicle engineers will be provided.
