摘要
法律的生命源于社会,社会内部某一因素的变化在影响整个社会运行状态的同时,也影响了其法律的品格及发展态势,传统东方也不例外。其影响自身法律发展状态的因素,主要有生产力水平、社会分工、私有化程度、城市制度、交往形式、婚姻家庭制度、宗法血缘关系等。
The life of law originates from society in which the changes of certain factors are influencing the whole state of the society and affecting the character and developing trend of law in all countries. The main factors affecting the development of law include the following aspects： level of productivity, division of work in society, the degree of privatization, urban system, communicative forms, marriage and family system, patriarchal clan system, etc.
