摘要
目的探讨光污染对发育期豚鼠近视形成的影响。方法选择健康3周龄豚鼠60只,随机分为6组(红光组、黄光组、绿光组、白光组、自然光1组、自然光2组),每组10只,分别用红、黄、绿、白色闪烁光照射,闪烁方式为亮2s,暗2s,交替进行,4个有色光组光照度均为800lux,均放在完全密闭的纸箱中饲养。自然光1组用正常自然光照射,放在四周密闭而上方开放的纸箱中饲养;自然光2组用正常自然光照射,放在视野开阔的笼中饲养。分别在暴露前、暴露后6周用散瞳检影验光法测量屈光度,用A超测量眼轴长度。结果与自然光1组(0.75D)相比,暴露后6周红、黄、绿、白光组屈光度分别为-8.75D、-6.56D、-3.88D、-4.84D的,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),眼轴延长。结论闪烁光能促进豚鼠眼轴延长、诱发近视,且不同波长的单色闪烁光对近视形成的影响不同。
Objective To study the effects of flashing light exposure on development of myopia in guinea pigs. Methods Sixty pigmented guinea pigs aged 3 weeks were randomly divided into six groups. Animals in group Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were exposed to the flashing light(including red, yellow, green and white respectively)for 6 weeks. The illumination cycle was 12 hours light/12 hours dark. The flashing intensity was 800 lux, every flash includes 2 seconds light and 2 seconds dark. The above four groups were reared in the closed tightly paper box. Animals in group V were reared in the closed tightly paper box with natural light, but group Ⅵ in a sight-widen cage and irradiated by natural light. After 6 weeks of treatment, the effects of flashing light on eye myopia and axial development were assessed by cycloplegic retinoscopy, A-scan ultrasonography. Results At the end of the treatment, guinea pigs reared in flashing light (including Ⅰ ,Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ group) exhibited -8.75 D, -6.56 D, -3.88 D and -4.84 D myopia respectively, eye axial elongated compared with the results of the beginning of the experiment. Conclusion Flashing light can cause the eye axial elongated and induce myopia in pigmented guinea pigs. Different wavelength of unique flashing light has different influence, the rank is red light (750 nm)〉yellow light(550 nm)〉white light(500 nm) 〉green light(480 nm).
