摘要
利用大孔吸附树脂分离纯化山楂黄酮并确定合适的工艺参数,同时以比色法测定其含量,并对山楂黄酮的抗氧化活性做了初步研究。结果表明,HPD-100大孔吸附树脂对山楂黄酮分离纯化效果较好,吸附解析后山楂黄酮纯度达到56.9%,添加量0.002%山楂黄酮能有效延缓葵花籽油的氧化,效果与0.001%TBHQ相当。
To separate and purify the water soluble Hawthorn flavones and to establish the optimum technological pa- rameters of purification. The content of flavones was determined by colorimetry and antioxidant activity was also stud- ied. The results showed the HD- 100type of macroreticular resid had the better comprehensive property,the flavones purity was 56. 9% in sample and antioxidant activity was better than TBHQ for sunflower oil.
