摘要
采用乙二胺和乙烯磺酸钠为主要原料,经过加成反应合成了乙二胺双乙基磺酸钠。它是一种易降解的新型Gemini(双子)表面活性剂——N,N′-双癸酰基乙二胺二乙磺酸钠的中间体。通过测定溴值和重氮化反应,考察了原料的物料比,反应温度,反应时间等工艺条件。确定最佳合成条件为乙二胺/乙烯磺酸钠摩尔比为1∶2.2,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为5 h。并通过红外光谱IR对产物进行了结构表征。该合成路线和分析方法简单易行,适用于工业化生产。
2-[-2-(2-Sulfo-ethylamino)-ethylamino]-ethanesulfonic sodium is the intermediate for a new kind of Gemini surfactant. It was obtained with ethylenediamine and ethenesulfonic sodium as primary material through addition. The optimum reaction conditions were researched by the value of bromine and determined as n(ethylened iamine) : n(ethenesulfonic sodium)=1: 2.2. Reaction temperature 50℃ and reaction time 5 h. The structure of the final product was proved by IR. The results show that this analysis method is easy and this synthesis route is suitable for industrialization.
