摘要
作为知识管理的重要组成部分,知识管理评价旨在帮助企业找出提高企业绩效的关键因素并及时采取有效措施,提升知识管理的能力与水平。本文通过对国内外知识管理评价相关文献的整理,比较系统地对知识管理的评价的文献进行了综评,反映了知识管理评价的趋势和研究这一问题的目的及意义。
As an important part of knowledge management (KM), the KM assessment tries to find out the key factors restraining the enhancement of the enterprises performance. This paper summarizes the study about knowledge management assessment both in China and abroad. It reflects the trend of knowledge management assessment and the purpose and significance of KM assessment research. Internationally, there are a variety of research methods for KM assessment: five methods for measuring intangible assets (IAM, K Sveiby), the balanced scorecard (BSC, R S Kaplan and D P Norton), Skandia Navigator (SN), benchmarking, and knowledge management diagnostic (KMD), to name only a few. Meanwhile, there are a large group of experts and specialists playing their significant role and releasing a wealth of publications in the field. Some of those referred to are A Tiwana, D Andriessen, W J Martin, Cope, Y Malhotra, J Liebowitz, C Y Suen, B Marr, and J C Spender. At home in China, on the other hand, knowledge management assessment is perceived chiefly from three aspects: management capability, management efficiency, and measurement system. However, KM assessment either abroad or at home is challenged with a series of problems remaining to deal with.
