摘要
马克思列宁主义关于"人的全面发展学说"观点告诉我们,在有意识地遵循认识规律的前提下,通过各种途径和方法培养学生良好的心理素质,可提高学生心理技能,发挥学生心理机能,促进学生整体素质的全面提高和个性的和谐发展。思想品德课是学校思想品德教育的重要组成部分,思想品德教育与心理健康教育在本质上有一定的联系,思想品德教育的过程是知、情、意、行提高的过程。这一过程的发展、变化与心理体验密不可分。因此,在思想品德课中渗透心理健康教育,不仅可以提高思想品德课教学实效,而且可以提高学生的心理健康素质。
According to Marx's over-all human development theory, students' mental quality can be enhanced so long as the rules are recognized, which in turns can facilitate students' over-all development. As an important part of morality education in school, ideological cultivation, the process of which constitutes the improvement of cognition, emotion, will and behavior has a natural relation with mental health education, because the process of ideological cultivation is companied with psychological feelings. SO by infiltrating mental health education in the ideological cultivation class, the ideological cultivation can become effective, and meanwhile, the mental quality of students can also be enhanced.
