摘要
土家族摆手舞是流行于湘西、鄂西、渝东南土家族地区的一种传统的体育项目,它融土家族歌、舞、乐剧及民间体育、娱乐于一体,是土家族最具代表性的舞蹈。本文以现有的在摆手舞的基础上创编出了三套集摆手舞的基础动作、韵律、体操的特点于一体的土家族体育健身操为例,分析土家族摆手舞在现代变异中的操化趋向。
Tujia hand-waving Hunan and Hubei, and southeast dance is a traditional sport which is popular among Tujia nationality in western Chongqing. It is a combination of the song, dance, musical opera, sport and recreation of Tujia nationality and is the most representative dance of Tujia nationality. Taking for example three types of gymnastics of Tujia nationality which have the features of basic comportions, cadence and gymnastics typical of hand waving dance, this paper makes an analysis of the tendency of hand waving dance towards gymnastics.
