摘要
当今,网络环境下我国医学图书馆的服务观念已经从"读者服务"转向"协调、合作、共享"的服务模式演变。网络环境下我国医学图书馆服务出现了新的模式和新的特点,已成向信息增值型、信息产业化、信息服务化、精密化方向发展的趋势。医学图书馆在管理过程中以人为本、人性化建设已经提到十分重要的议事日程上来。唯物主义历史观认为,人民群众是历史的创造者,以人为本本质上就是以人民为本。而医学图书馆人性化管理的内涵,就是一种以围绕人的生活、工作习性展开研究,使医学图书馆的管理更贴近人性,从而达到合理、有效地提升人的工作潜能和提高工作效率的管理方法。医学图书馆要想在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地,并保持着对人才恒久的吸引力,必须建立一个有效可行的人性化激励机制。作者认为做好人性化管理,是促进医学图书馆持续发展的必由之路。
Nowadays, under the network environment, the service idea of the medical library in our contry has changed from serving readers to the service mode of coordination, cooperation and sharing. The service of the medical library develops some nwe modes and characteristics,showing the trend developing toward information increasing value,information industrialization,information service and information accuracy. Human-oriented and humanistic construction in the management of the medical library has been placed on the top of the agenda. The material historical conception believes that the measses are the creator of the history,and human-oriented is taking humans as essentials. The connotation of humanization management in the medical library is the study enclosing the people's lives and work habit in order to make the management of medical library closed to humanization,and the management method for promoting work potentiality and increasing the work efficiency reasonably and effectively. The medical library wants to guarantee its invincibility in fierce competition and remain permanently attractive for the talents,it is necessary to construct the humanized incentive mechanism with feasibility and effectiveness. The author thinks that making the humanized management better is the only way promoting the continuous development of the medical library.
