摘要
目的探讨甲苯对作业工人体液免疫功能的影响。方法对某玩具厂进行劳动卫生学调查,分别采取接触甲苯的72名工人(暴露组)和不接触甲苯的55名包装厂工人(对照组)血清,测定血清中IgG、IgA、IgM、补体C3及C4含量。结果暴露组工人血清IgG、IgAI、gM含量分别为(12.41±4.63),(1.90±0.72)和(2.26±1.97)g/L,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);暴露组工人血清补体C3、C4含量分别为(1.25±0.90),(0.54±0.29)g/L,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论接触甲苯对作业工作的体液免疫功能可产生一定影响。
Objective To study the effect of toluene on worker's humoral immune function.Methods Seventy-two exposed workers were selected and fifty-five workers without exposure to any toxicity were selected as the control group in the same factory.The humoral immune function of workers were detected.Results There were no significant differences between the exposed group and control group in the levels of in serum(P〉0.05).The levels of C3 and C4 of the exposed group were significant higher than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Occupational exposure to toluene might affect the humoral immune function of workers.
