摘要 在众多外加物质(混合材料、掺和料、聚合物、减水剂、纳米级矿粉等)改性水泥基材料的基础上,提出了使用溶胶改善水泥材料结构和性能的方案。溶胶的胶粒尺寸在纳米级范围。硅溶胶与铝溶胶都可以作为配制高性能水泥基材料的外加剂。掺入硅溶胶,可以明显提高水泥净浆和混凝土的力学性能。与纳米SiO2相比,硅溶胶具有掺量较少、分散性好和价格较低的优势。 On the basis of cement-based materials modified by many admixtures,such as mineral additions,admixtures, polymer,water-reducer, nano-structured material powders, a new method of improving the structure and properties of cement-based materials with colloidal solution was put forward, The colloid size of colloidal solution is in the range of nano-meter. Both silica and alumina colloidal solutions can be regarded as admixture for high performance cement-based materials. The mechanical properties of cement paste and concrete can be increased obviously by adding silica colloidal solution. Silica colloidal solution has advantages of lower dosage,better dispersion and lower cost as compared with nano-silica.
