摘要
以N,N′—双(2—氨乙基)草酰胺合铜〔Cu(oxen)〕作为双齿单核断片,合成了两个新的草酰胺桥联异双核配合物〔Cu(oxen)Zn(bpy)2〕(ClO4)2和〔Cu(oxen)Zn(phen)2〕(ClO4)2(bpy和phen分别代表2,2′—联吡啶和1,10—邻菲口罗啉)。通过元素分析、摩尔电导和磁性的测定及红外光谱、电子光谱和ESR谱的研究,确证了配合物的组成及分子中草酰胺桥的存在。测试了这些配合物的杀菌活性;研究了各配合物的ESR,并对其成键性质进行了讨论。
Two new heterobinuclear complexes Cu(oxen)Zn(bpy) 2 (ClO 4) 2 and Cu(oxen)Zn(phen) 2 (ClO 4) 2 were synthesized by using N,N′-bis(2-aminoethyl)oxamidocopper(Ⅱ), Cu(oxen) ,as a bidentate mononuclear fragment;bpy and phen denote 2,2′-bipyridime and 1,10-phenanthroline,respectively.By elemental analysis,molar conductivity,magnetic measurement and infrared and electronic spectra,the two oxamidobridged heterobinuclear complexes were characterized.We conclude that there exist oxamido bridges in the heterobinuclear complexes.From the ESR spectra of the bridged heterobinuclear complexes,the band parameters of Cu 2+ were calculated and nature of the bond discussed.The antibacterial activity of the complexes was also determined.
