摘要
在中国经济转型背景下,民营企业经济行为选择中的伦理缺失带给人们很大的现实困惑。"斯密难题"并不昭示某种矛盾,斯密认为经济人和道德人是内在统一的。基于此的理性分析表明民营企业兼具营利性和社会性双重属性,离不开利益相关者的合作与支持,必然要寻求经济目标与伦理价值取向的统一,实现伦理经营。
Ethical defficiency during the choice of economic behavior of private enterprises brings tremendous actual perplexity under the background of Chinese economic transition. Smith poser didn＇t declare publicly contradiction, but it pointed out economic person and moral person were consistent. Rational analysis based on this shows that private enterprises have double attributes which is profitability and social nature, and they can not get away from cooperation and support of stakeholders. The private enterprise must look for the consistence of the economic target and ethical orientation to realize ethical operation.
