摘要
目的研究不同极性洗脱液对雷公藤内酯醇含量的影响。方法样品液经D101型大孔吸附树脂吸附后,分别以95%乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、乙醚、氯仿5种溶剂洗脱,以高效液相色谱(HPLC)法作定量检测。结果雷公藤内酯醇洗脱率以95%乙醇为最高。结论95%乙醇可作为雷公藤内酯醇的洗脱剂。
Objective To study the influence of eluent of different polarity on triptolide content. Methods Triptolide was absorpted by D101. Triptolide on the columns was eluated with 95% alcohol, acetone, ethylacetate, ether and chloroform and determined by HPLC. Results 95% alcohol was the best choice for eluating triptolide. Conclusion 95% alcohol may be applicable as the eluent of triptolide.
