摘要
以桑小粒型菌核病子囊孢子,病椹及桑断枝病病枝组织为材料,进行病原菌的分离与纯化,对所获得的优势菌种进行大田桑树桑花及嫩枝人工接种,结果表明,优势菌种在PDA培养基上生长缓慢,而在燕麦片培养基上生长迅速,田间接种后,6个优势菌种使桑树感染,出现桑树断枝病症状,平均感染率80%左右;经鉴定,桑树断枝病病菌为杯盘菌属Ciboria,桑小粒型菌核病病菌Ciboriasp。
The pathogenic fungi of mulberry branch broken disease were separated and purified from the ascospore of Sclerotina carunculoides, diseased fruits and tissues of diseased branches, from which the dominant fungi were cultured and taken for artificial inoculation to young shoots and flowers of mulberry trees in the field. The results indicated that the dominant fungi grew slow in PDA medium and fast in the oatmeal one. 6 dominant strains could infect the mulberry trees and led to appearance of the symptom after the inoculation. Th averag infection rate was about 80%. The identification showed that the pathogenic fungi causing the mulderry diseses of Sclerotina carunculoides and branch broken belonged to the same genus, Ciboria.
