摘要
细菌对消毒剂的抗性机制主要包括:细胞膜通透性改变、生物膜形成、主动外排系统、作用靶点改变等。针对消毒剂抗性类型的探讨及其机制的研究对于高效消毒剂的研制与合理应用都具有重要的意义。本文主要针对细菌对市售消毒剂产生抗性的现状以及其抗性机制进行综述。
The mechanisms of bacterial resistance to disinfectants include cellular impermeability, biofilm formation, efflux and mutation（s） at the target sites. Understanding the action mechanisms of disinfectants and the mechanisms of microbial resistance plays a crucial role in the research and development of more effective disinfectants and more rational use of them as well. In this review, the current status of bacterial resistance to marketed disinfectants and their resistance mechanisms were particularly discussed.
