摘要
对永瓣藤总糖、粗脂肪、灰分、维生素C、磷、钾和各类氨基酸的含量进行了测量和分析,并对这些化学成分在不同部位的含量进行了比较。不同部位化学成分的含量存在一定的差异,除灰分外,其它化学成分含量均是叶高于茎、嫩茎高于老茎。
The contents of total sugar,crude fat,ash,vitamin C, phosphate, potassium and various types of amino acides in Monimopetalum chinense Rehd. were determined and the contents in different parts were compared. The contents in different parts were different. Except ash content, the contents of other chemical components in leaves were higher than those in stems and the contents of other chemical components in tender sterns were higher than those in old stems.
