摘要 利用优异的甘蓝一代杂种创新育种材料,在理论上是可行的,从精选8398甘蓝创新种质资源的研究上证明了这一点。采用多次单株选择与分类标记的方法,选出了8个各有特点,性状又基本稳定的自交不亲和性好的株系。在球形上获得了超亲的高圆球类型;在熟性方面获得了偏早熟和偏晚熟的类型;在抗病性方面也获得了抗性较好的类型。 Using outstanding cabbage hybrid F1, innovation researche for cabbage' s breeding material is feasible in theory, and this has been proved by the research of germplasm innovation of Jingxuan 8398. By using the methods of individual plant selection and classified labeling, eight cabbage lines, which are good in self - incompatibility, stable basically and unique respectively, were developed. Lines, which have the characteristics such as slightly elongated round head (head length / width 〉 1 ) superior to parents, earlier and later in maturity, and high resistance to disease, were also got.
