摘要 应用生物化学去纤毛、去膜和扫描电镜观察相结合的方法,详细地观察了近亲游仆虫的皮层纤毛器毛基体和非纤电器的结构、模式,揭示和发现了其他游仆虫上尚未明了和未报道过的结构特征。 The kinetosomal patterns in Euplotes affinis Dujardin has been studied by means of a modified biochemical technique of de-cilatule and de-membrane, and scanning electron microscopy. The kinetosomes are arranged in various patterns in accord with the specific positions and shapes. Adoral zone of membranelles (AZM) may be divided into three sections with different structures. The paroral membrane (PM) is composed of more than 200 kinetosomes in regularly arranged pattern. The various types of cortical cirri are characterized by their base shape, and kinetosome nembers and arrangement. There are two kinetosomes in each bristle unit on the dorsal side of Euplotes affinis.
