摘要
目的:建立一种气相色谱法测定原料药头孢唑肟钠中二氯甲烷和四氢呋喃有机溶剂残留量的方法。方法:采用顶空法,在极性弹性石英毛细柱上进行各组分分离,效果良好。柱温:90℃,进样口温度150℃,顶空瓶平衡温度80℃,平衡时间30分钟,定量环温度90℃,传输线温度100℃。载气:高纯氮气;流速:3.0ml/min。结果:平均回收率,二氟甲烷100.3%,四氢呋喃100.5%。结论:该方法重现性好,准确度高,线性范围宽,适用于大生产的质量评价。
Objective:We detected the content of methylene chloride and diethylene oxide in Ceftizoxime Sodium using head-space GC(gas chromatography)method.Methods:We use head-space GC method,chromatographic conditions are carried out as following;the flexibility quartzose capillary column,the temperature of column is 90℃,injection temperature is 150℃,equivalence temperature is 80℃ and time is 30mins,quantization loop temperature is 90℃,transfer line temperature is 100℃.Carrier gas nitrogent and the flow rate 3.0ml/min.Results:The result shwed the average recovery rate of methylene chloride and diethylene oxide is 110.3% and 100.5%.Conclusion:The method has a better recovery and accuracy and a wider liner range.
