摘要
哈大齐工业走廊公共产品的建设对于推动哈大齐工业走廊整体的发展具有重要意义。从哈大齐工业走廊内公共产品建设现状和存在的问题上看,探讨实现走廊内公共产品高效建设目标的模式,应采取地方政府之间的合作、政府、市场和第三部门之间的合作及市场与第三方部门的联合供给来实现,从而推进哈尔滨、大庆、齐齐哈尔三市在工业走廊公共产品建设中的合作,提高财政投入效益。
The construction of the industry corridor of public goods connecting, Daqing and Qiqihaer is important to the comprehensive development of the industry corridor. By analyzing the status quo and problems of building this industry corridor, the paper presents the model to achieve the goal of the efficient construction and cooperation for the public goods among Harbin, Daqing and Qiqihaer. The first input efficiency can be practically improved through the enhanced cooperation among local govemmeuts, government, market and the third -party sectors.
