摘要
介绍了超厚平绒烂花的生产工艺,包括平绒的准备、前处理、染色、烂花以及后整理工艺;分析了各工序的流程、工艺条件、配方和操作要点。试验采用AlCl3.6H2O作烂棉酸剂,以经特殊处理的醚化淀粉浆为烂花耐酸糊料,取得较好效果。
This paper covers technological process of burnt-out heavy velveteen, including preparation, pretreatment, dyeing, burnt-out printing and post finishing. Operating conditions and recipes, as well as matters needing attention in processing are put forward. Trials are carried out with A1Cl3·6H2O to etch cotton fiber and etherified starch as thickener, good results are obtained.
