摘要 以正硅酸乙酯、钛酸丁酯为前驱体制备TiO2/SiO2复合溶胶,并对活性染料染色棉织物进行表面改性,探讨其对织物耐日晒牢度的影响。试验表明,溶胶表面改性对染色织物的色光基本没有影响;耐日晒牢度的改善程度与织物染色深度和溶胶浓度有关,对浅色织物耐日晒牢度的改善作用尤为显著;采用复合溶胶改善染色织物耐日晒牢度的效果较采用单一硅溶胶更为明显。因此,复合溶胶表面改性是提高染色棉织物耐日晒牢度的有效方法之一。 TiO2/SiO2 composite sols were prepared by sol-gel method with tetraethoxysilane and butyl titanate as precursors. The photobleaching behaviors of cotton fabric were discussed by the modification of composite sols. It was observed that sol treatment had tittle influence on the shade of the dyeings. The improvement of photobleaching behaviors was related to the concentrations of dyestuff and composite sols. It was more effective for the pale shade fabrics. Compared with silica sols, composite sols had distinct impact on the light fastness of the dyeings. It was concluded that surface modification with composite sols was an effective way to improve the photobleaching behaviors of the dyeings.
