摘要
通过中外旅游景区门票价格高低、旅游景区资金来源广泛度、旅游景区价格调控灵活度以及旅游景区门票价格监管体制的比较,得出了目前中外旅游景区门票价格特征的不同特点;同时,旅游景区不同于一般的商品,其定价依据主要为资源价值、成本投入、市场供求、景区性质以及服务质量。"他山之石,可以攻玉",对此我国旅游景区的价格调整策略为:理顺管理体制,实行管理权与经营权分离;建立灵活科学的门票价格体系;加速门票经济向产业经济转变;多种渠道吸纳社会资金;适度调整门票价格,强化社会效益。
By making comparisons on four aspects as followed: tourist scenic spots entrance fees at home and abroad, the broadness of fund-collecting in scenic spots, the flexibility of an overall control and inspecting systems for entrance fees, the authors sum up the varied features of tourist scenic spots' entrance fees at home and aboard. As scenic spots are different from common consumption commodities, their pricing strategies are based upon resources value, basic investment, demand-supply relation in the market, control body and its service quality. In view of learning from the common practices and time-testing experience in countries outside China, the prices readjustment tactics of tourist scenic spots is strongly recommended which consists of rescheduling the supervision system, separating the right for management and for ownership, setting up a scientific and flexible spots pricing system, boosting the conversion of entrance fee economy to industrial economy, collecting social funds through versatile channels and promoting social overall benefits.
