摘要
超声波检测在木材强度无损检测系统中应用非常广泛。针对检测系统精度越来越高的要求,本文提出了一种用数字处理芯片(DSP)来进行木材强度测定的方法,讨论其检测原理,给出了具体的硬件实现电路和软件设计。
Ultrasonic detection is widely used in area of un-contact detection system of wood intensity. In this article a method was put forward that character of timber intensity is detected with DSP chips rather than using traditional single chip in order to improve the precision of system detection. Generic principle of ranging was discussed, and particular hardware realization circuit and software was given.
