摘要
稳健设计就是要使产品在一些参数值发生微小的变动时仍能保证其质量特性稳定在允许范围内的一种工程方法。将稳健设计应用到抓斗的优化设计中,给出了稳健优化模型,并将稳健优化计算结果与传统的确定性优化设计的结果进行了对比。
Robust design is an effective method that can lead to improving product quality and decreasing the product cost through minimizing the effect of the causes of variation without eliminating the causes. It was applied in grab optimization design and the model of robust optimal design was given. A comparison was made between the results of robust optimal design and conventional deterministic optimization design.
