摘要
目的研究光因子对三叶木通种苗存活率及生长状况的影响。方法采用遮光度40%、60%、80%和全光照4种处理方式,以种苗存活率、苗期适合度和生长状况为指标。结果全光照条件下,死亡最高时期出现在播种后第46—60d和121~135d这两个阶段,死亡数占全部死亡数的63、0%,适合度仅为0.11500。遮光度40%和60%两种处理,死亡最高时期出现时间相近,死亡率前者高于后者,分别达63.4%和38.5%,适合度分别达0.17019、0.27983。当遮光度达到80%时,死亡最高时期出现时间不明显,其种苗死亡率为51.9%、适合度为0、22246。结论光因子对三叶木通种苗的存活率和生长具有明显影响,生产中采用60%遮光度给三叶木通幼苗遮荫可有效地提高三叶木通的种苗存活率和生长状况。
Objective To primarily study the effects of light factors on the survival rate and growth of Akebia trifoliate seedlings. Methods By introducing the four treatments of 40% shade level, 60% shade level, 80% shade level and full light, and taking the survival rate, fitness degree in seedling life and growth of the seedlings as index. Results Under full light, the highest death rate occurred in the two periods of 46 -60 d and 121 - 135 d after seeding, 63.0% of the total death number, and the fitness degree was only 0.115 00. Under the treatments of 40% shade level and 60% shade level, the highest death rate occurred during similar periods, the death rates were respectively 63.4% and 38.5%, the fitness degrees were 0. 170 19 and 0. 279 83 respectively . When the shade level was 80%, there was no period with obviously highest death rate, the seedling death rate was 51.9% and the fitness degree was 0. 222 46. Conclusion It can effectively improve the survival rate and growth of Akebia trifoliate seedlings when 60% shading level.
