摘要
阐述武夷肉桂茶树良种的植物学和生物学特性及其优良品质与生态环境、农业技术、采制工艺的关系;本文就肉桂茶的传统制茶技术进行探讨,并对肉桂茶树良种推广提出相应建议。
This paper describes the botany and biology characteristic of Wuyi Chinese cassia tea tree＇s improved variety, and the relations of it＇s good quality with the ecological environment, the agricultural technology, collect and process craft.This article carries on the discussion on the Chinese cassia tea tree traditional production techniques, and puts forward the corresponding proposal to the promotion of Chinese cassia tea tree improved variety.
