摘要
以小鼠肉瘤S180细胞造模,设模型对照、川乌水煎液高、中、低剂量组共四组,灌胃给药10 d后观察生川乌水煎液的抑瘤作用,并应用四甲基偶氮盐(MTT)法观察生川乌水煎液在体外对肿瘤细胞LoVo、MGC-803的生长抑制作用.实验证明,生川乌水煎液可显著抑制小鼠S180实体瘤的生长,对肿瘤细胞LoVo、MGC-803的生长有明显的抑制作用.
To study the growth inhibition of ChuanWu aqueous extract on S180 tumor and its proliferation inhibition of tumor cells. S180 mice model was established. Two groups of mice： control, ChuanWu aqueous extract group were divided. 15 days latter, The effect of ChuanWu aqueous extract on tumor inhibition were studied. And MTT assay used to observe the inhibition effects of ChuanWu aqueous extract on proliferation of tumor cells LoVo.MGG803. ChuanWu aqueous extract showed significant inhibition effects on the growth of S180 tumor, compared with the control group, and on the proliferation of tumor cells LoVo. MGC-803. ChuanWu aqueous extract showed significant tumor-inhibition effect.
