摘要
利用MM200型磨损试验机研究了经常规热处理的农机具常用钢种65Mn钢与45钢经固体渗硼得到的表面硼化物层在有、无润滑条件下的磨粒磨损性能.结果表明,后者的抗磨粒磨损性能大大优于前者,且降低硼化物层脆性可获得更高的抗磨粒磨损性能.
The abrasion behaviour of the 65Mn steel by convenient heat- treatment, for tillage implements,andthe surface boride of 45 steel by pack bonding has been studied in this paper by means of MM200 abrasion rig in theconditions that engine oil is used as a lubricant and that no lubricant is used. The results show that the abrasionresistance of the boride layer is improved remarkably than that of the 65Mn steel,and that of the boride layer whosebrittleness is decreased is the most excellent.
