黑色乐丽丝生产工艺浅析

摘要 以80dtex/36f涤纶黑色POY和160dtex/36f涤纶白色MOY为原料,用可编程控制器控制拉伸假捻变形机的罗拉对MOY丝条实现预期程序控制的变速过度拉伸,并与黑色POY混纤复合,开发165dtex/ 72f黑色乐丽丝。试验表明,采用断裂伸长180%~210%的涤纶MOY,控制拉伸速度300~400m/s,拉伸比0.90~1.10,速度比1.50~1.65,假捻角105°~112.5°,第一热箱温度150~170℃,第二超喂率1.0%~1.5%,第三超喂率2.0%~2.5%以及零罗拉控制程序等参数,可制得织物丰满,手感好,具有一染多色的异染条纹效应的黑色乐丽丝。 Using 80 dtex/36 f black PET POY and 160 dtex/36 f white PET MOY as raw material, the variable-speed overdrawing of MOY controlled with a prediction program was realized through a programmable controller controlling the rollers in the draw-false twist-texturing machine. MOY was blended and conjugated with black POY to prepare 165 dtex/72 f black Leli yarn. The results showed that a dye variant stripe-effect black Leli yarn with different colors can be produced with good and full handle under the conditions as followed: elongation at break of PET MOY 180% -210% , drawing speed 300 -400 m/s, draw ratio 0.90 - 1.10, speed ratio 1.50 - 1.65, false twist angle 105°- 112.5°, the first heat box temperature 150 - 170℃, the second overfeed ratio 1.0% - 1.5% , the third overfeed ratio 2.0% -2.5% and zero-roller control program.
