摘要
结合医院管理工作实际,对医院管理工作的角色定位和职能进行了阐述,指出医院管理工作就是以病人和职工为中心,努力为患者、医疗一线和临床业务部门提供质优、安全、快捷、经济的医疗和保障服务。同时,对医院管理工作中存在的问题及原因进行了分析,在提出问题、分析原因的基础上,指出了解决问题的途径和对策。
Based on the practical experience in hospital administration, this article defines the roles orientation and functions of hospital administration work, and points out that the hospital administration work should focus on the interests of patients and medical staffs and try Io provide them with a high - quality, safe, in - time, and economical medical treatment and assurance service. This paper also analyzes the problems in the current hospital administration work, based on which some feasible approaches and countermeasures are given as well.
