摘要
以快速开发发动机实时仿真系统为目标,采用当前先进的快速原型开发技术,建立了发动机快速原型仿真系统。该系统可有效地解决发动机仿真系统开发周期较长、软硬件通用性差等不足。系统以计算机辅助设计软件Simulink和实时Linux为软件平台,采用PC兼容机和通用工业数据采集卡为硬件平台。详细阐述了快速原型仿真系统的软硬件组成、工作原理和实现步骤,并以6135柴油机为实例进行了实时仿真系统的快速开发,验证了所建立的快速原型仿真系统的有效性。
The rapid prototyping simulation system of engine was built for developing the engine real time simulation system with the rapid prototyping technology. The system solved effectively the problems like the long period of development and the low generality of software and hardware. The simulation system exploited the computer aided design softwares like Simulink and real time Linux and the hardwares like PC compatible computers and universal industrial data acquisition cards. The composition, operating principle and implementation steps of the real time simulation system were presented in detail. At last, taking the 6135 diesel engine as an example, the real-time simulation system was validated.
