摘要
通过试验与理论分析,研究了钢纤维掺加方式对纤维混凝土抗压强度的影响规律。研究表明:基体强度等级在C30~C50范围内,螺纹型钢纤维在0~1.5%掺量范围内,对抗压强度的增强作用明显;当基体强度等级达到C60,纤维掺量在0.5%以下时,对抗压强度有明显的提高作用,但是超过0.5%后基本无增强作用;在相同纤维掺量条件下,抗压强度随基体强度等级的提高,而呈线性增长;且纤维掺量的增加,基体强度等级对抗压强度的提高幅度逐渐减小;掺加细切丝钢纤维对混凝土抗压强度的提高幅度要大于螺纹型纤维,且单纯地掺加细切丝或者螺纹型钢纤维对抗压强度的提高幅度均高于任何一种混合掺加状态。
The influence regularity of steel fiber adding ways on compressive strength of SFRC ( Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete) was studied through experimental study and academic analysis.When the base strength grade is in the range of C30-C50,and thread steel fiber content is 0-1.5% ,the reinforcing effect on concrete compressive strength is very clear.The strength grade is C60 and fiber content is under 0.5% ,the effect is also obvious.But the fiber content is over 0.5%, there is almost no reinforcing effect.In the condition of the same fiber content, the compressive strength rising law as increasing strength grade is linear.The more fiber content is, the fewer percentage increase of compressive strength on base strength will be.The rising extent of micro-cutting steel fiber on compressive strength is greater than thread steel fiber.And the effect of adding mi- cro-cutting or thread steel fiber only is better than any mix steel fiber.
